Privacy notice
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Who we are
SecureCI ("we", "us"), United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this notice at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for early access.
- Optional answers you choose to give in the signup form: your role, roughly how many repositories you manage, whether you use GitHub.com or GitHub Enterprise Server, which capabilities you want first, and any free-text comment.
- Technical data needed to deliver and protect this website and the signup form, such as your IP address. Our signup provider stores only a one-way hashed form of the submitting IP address, for abuse prevention.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To contact you about early access and onboarding, and to decide what to prioritise. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site and form secure (spam and abuse prevention). Legal basis: our legitimate interests in protecting the service.
We don't sell your data, add you to marketing lists, or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Simple Signups (simple-signups.com) stores signup submissions on our behalf as our processor. See their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to do so.
These providers run on globally distributed infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, it is protected by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, and for no longer than 24 months after you sign up unless you become a customer, in which case we'll tell you how we handle your data from then on.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] to use any of these rights; we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be emailed to people on the early-access list.
